Muhael’s Spell Suppressor

With a rapid utterance and a flick of the wrist, you create a fleeting suppression field that can interrupt and deaden magical effects as they are being cast. This spell has two versions, depending on the type of spell that you are trying to suppress.

Cometfall

You conjure a comet that immediately falls to the ground, dealing 1d6 points of damage per caster level to everything in the area. The force of the comet can also knock creatures over. Creatures who fail their Reflex save are knocked prone. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw takes half damage from the comet and is not knocked down.

The comet breaks apart on impact, filling the target area with dense rubble.

You must cast this spell in an area with at least 40 feet of vertical space above the point of impact. If you do not have 40 feet of space, the spell fails.

Perfect Fortune

The result of the an attack roll, saving throw, skill check, ability check, or spell penetration check you attempt is treated as a natural 20.

(If you use it for an attack roll, you must still roll to confirm the critical hit normally).

Muhael's Spell Siphon

Muhael’s Spell Siphon is a dedicated counterspell. It can only be cast from a readied action to interrupt spellcasting. Rather than directly undoing the magic as it takes form, it draws the spell energy away from the spell, and toward yourself, allowing you to absorb and repurpose it, re-energizing a spent spell slot up to 4th level, or the level of the countered spell, whichever is lower. If Muhael’s Spell Siphon is heightened, it can restore higher level spell slots, up to the heightened level -1, although the restriction based on the countered spell still applies.
